.Mitt Romney admitted that his goal with Bain capital was buying ongoing companies- - and then six or eight years later to “Harvest” their profits. We know that means continuously running up the corporate debt until he’s bankrupted these companies. It means “make a profit at all cost”. Ed Schultz just played the tape on his radio show. Thom Hartman has spoken of the value of anything derives mainly from "what is done with it", and so a car is worth a lot more than a hunk of metal, and a hunk of metal is worth more than raw iron ore. It would seem someone from a Caribean Island would ask the Mitster "Que hace in America". That is what did Romney produce with his own hands? The answer would be "Hago nada". Romney's "fruits" are bitter indeed. It used to be from World War II to 1973 - for those thirty years - that US worker's wages kept up with increasing productivity. Today the productivity of the US worker is sky high. In fact it is so high as per their wages, that now many companies ON THEIR OWN are deciding to relocate back in this Country now. Now Romney is shown to have invested in a Russian company even though Romney says “Russia is the most dangerous country in the world”. Now in China with those “labor camps” we discussed last week, management is installing “suicide nets” because the workers would rather jump off a ledge and kill themselves rather than continue with their unbearable jobs As you know Mitt Romney - was in the market to be the owner of such a sweat shop - was told "Don't worry about the barbed wire fences and guard towers - - these are to keep other people out". Apparently Romney hired one aid who specializes in tearing up Democratic voter registration forms. And he was too corrupt for even the Florida Republican Party. This topic was raised again today on Ed Schult'z show. I hope Eric Holder investigates. Now Romney has the gall to say that “his heart aches for the unemployed”, which is pure bullshit. As the axiom goes "You shall know them by their actions". Now in an interview Romney says that “this sort of compassion is what we accomplished in Massachusetts with Health Care there”. I’m scratching my head. Did Romney just flip flop again? Apparently the next few days Romney will be prepping for the upcoming Debates next week. Romney will need it. Obama is of course ten points up in Ohio over Romney.
Someone should really
institute a “Take Back Christianity” movement from the extremist tea party
right wing. It's been so long since I've been around non tea party Christians I've forgotten what it's like, or what "the Church" even used to stand for. Chuck Smith is “one of them”
I learned from Paul last Saturday. He’s
bought into this whole “2016” clap trap saying Obama was a Moslem from Keyna
and a socialist and all of that. Chuck
Smith is still active in Christian life.
I didn’t know that. I had no idea
for sure where Chuck Smith stood on this extremist stuff, but now I know. “Ye shall know them by their fruition” as the
saying might go. I did “Ye Shall Know
Them By Their Fruits” about six months ago and I’d like to track that posting
down now and read it. One of the
revelations I gleaned from it was that Calvary Chapel hates Black Sabbath songs
because that group is anti war, which is an intolerable state of affairs for a
man like Chuck. Chuck once said “I hope
I am never standing in God’s way with old wine skins becoming out of date to
what God wants to accomplish in a future generation”. Clearly Calvary Chapel is living on its past
glories- - of at one time being open and all of that- - but No More. The whole thing is these people have been
self obsessed egoists who “Lead with their Id’s”. The normal psychological structure with the
Superego or Idealized Self on top, is completely flip-flopped by these
people. If you catch yourself adopting
any of their personality traits, know that you have just degraded your
personality. Really is there is any
truth at all in Neil of KFI’s remarks about how “Christianity gives you grave
under fire’ and all of that and people ask, “How do you handle the stress in
all of your life and not let it get to you or throw you off the track?” Really you should look to President Obama for
the answer of that question and whatever kind of a Christian the President is,
you should seek to emulate him and find out just how “He” manages to do it.
In the news the NFL has
settled their beef with the referees, and the regular refs will be working
tonight’s game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns. I hope the game is on free TV somewhere. As you know this whole thing was brought to a head in Monday's game ending phoney catch where Seattle was awarded a catch reception, touchdown, and the game, at the expense of Green Bay and every other fan, even Paul Ryan, with a luck of sense. Proposition 37 is another of these bogus
measure. There seem to be a lot of vital
measures on next month’s ballot.
Proposition 30 is the one where taxes on a few rich people get hiked,
which Paul and Judy no doubt will vote down.
After all whenever Mom dies with her ever increasing assets, they’ll
both be millionaires. At least very close to it. It’s no wonder they’re starting to think the
way they do. Cutting taxes to produce
jobs is like a person just out of the hospital with pneumonia stripping down on
a cold day to run a race, because he thinks few clothes will make up for his
utterly unfit physical condition. But
Proposition 37 involves food labeling of genetically altered foods. No certain things like foreign foods, eggs
and dog food may be exempt, but these aren’t the problem. Grains and produce are, and these jokers who
run the ‘No” adds, damn well know that.
It’s just another big money con job.
When you consider it’s chemical companies like Monsanto sponsoring the
“No on 37” ads, this explains everything.
I now have less than four days before I get to go to the ATM. You can barter coffee for cigarettes, but you
can’t barter cigarettes for coffee as a rule, except maybe with John Metz. Therefore it’s more important for me to get
coffee and not cigarettes- - assuming Sarah will take me to the bank to clear
papa dollar and mama dollar out of my bank account.
In other news, Paul Ryan just gave his ten year old little
girl a rifle for her birthday. Another
father in some anti fear campaign put alligators in his pool with their mouths
taped shut, because alligators are better at clamping down than opening their
mouths. Now there are tea party attacking Jews "because they aren't pro Israel enough" meaning like the majority in Israel itself, they don't want war with Iran. Randy Rhodes remarks these are the same people who don't know how to properly wear a Jewish yamica, and probably speak in a fake Yiddish accent. J K Rowling’s “first novel for
adults” is going on sale today. It’s
called a “Dark” novel with a certain amount of autobiographical traits. There is a revolt of school children dumping
vegetables in mass into the trash and good trash has gone up several fold all
around the country because of the schools serving crap that kids won’t
eat. Apparently Politico was wrong when
they said that “stench” was Paul Ryan’s new nickname for Romney. Apparently the word was actually used by an
aid to Ryan that says “You’ll have to wash the stench of Mitt Romney off you
when you run again”. Of course you know how the crowd in Ohio got
out of control when they began hollering ‘Ryan - - Ryan” at a Romney rally and
Romney kept telling the crowd to yell for him.
Why would you want somebody who doesn’t know better than to ask how come
windows of jets that fly at forty thousand feet won’t roll down?
George Washington warned about Party factions: The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge, natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. The disorders and miseries, which result, gradually incline the minds of men to seek security and repose in the absolute power of an individual; and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction, more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty
