It’s been pointed out that if you’re in the “Good ol’ boys club” otherwise known as DC Insiders, no Insider will ever criticize another Insider. Police and Doctors and Attorneys won’t weed out bad apples among them. Two classes of “professionals” I admire for their price of workmanship are magicians and circus performers- - will weed out the duds in their midst because they don’t want to give their profession a bad name. The idea of the media giving sociopaths an audience with the public is a new one. We didn’t used to hear what mass murderers or rapists or fiends thought. They were sociopaths and were regarded as such by the responsible media. But with people like Dick Chaney given so much time so often in the media, only go to show that today’s Washington media are a bunch of whores. Thom Hartman fielded a caller that says there is a training area called “School of the Americas” where the marines at Ft Benning were instructed not only how to survive torture but also how to administer it. I know the Marine’s mantra is “be prepared” and they get more down into the nitty gritty than the Army does. If someone were to go from 45 years in the past, or the turn of the decade of the sixties to seventies - - I fancy that they would think that psychopaths had taken over the government in a hellish scenario that would barely work in a horror movie. I mean I understanding having John Mc Cain on every week of these shows. I actually agree with John Mc Cain on the issues of Ukraine verses Putin, or of Syria a year ago - - and even the Iran threat I'm inclined to side with John Mc Cain on the side of caution. Only on the subject of Iraq itself do we part company. But this week we needed someone more out there than John Mc Cain and so went with Dick Chaney - - Darth Vader himself. It's one thing to hear people like Thom Hartman refer to Chaney as a sociopath. I think when we really start believing it- - deep down in our souls- - that's the time to really start being afraid of just what sort of evil can be put out by the media in terms of government sponsored propagandistic Lies.
Sci Fi has always been an iffy proposition with me. There is only so far I will allow myself to have my creduility stretched. Some things like robots taking over the world - - yeah, as a fantasy I guess that will work. But there comes a certain "cartoonish point" where there are too many "leaps of logic" I have to make, where the story line just "doesn't do it for me" anymore. I was out in the courtyard for two cups of coffee, and got a piece of rich chocolate cake with the first cup. Lishia, Joe, Nancy Bell and I were talking about Science Fiction stuff like a show that comes on KTLA at midnight on Sundays. We were talking about a remake of “Millions Missing” or left behind or whatever. There were millions missing in the Midwest and in south Texas in the year 2012, and also in 1967 some UFO crafts were scanning our skies and neutralized all of our nuclear weapons and “It’s useless to even build Nukes anymore because everyone in the know, knows the UFO people won’t ever let us use them”. The implications of this would be startling if it were ever demonstrated to be true. This next thought may seem off the wall to some but as you know that there was a lot of psychedelic and 'enlightened' thought in philosophy and music going around then, but somewhere along the line it peaked out, sooner than anybody dreamed it would. Suppose some grand bargain was struck with some "insider" or some high official had some Michael Benner style conversation with a space alien who was of a more conservative "bent" and then said "We'll protect you from blowing yourselves up but in exchange you have to turn away from any "mind expansion" of the human race".
Thom Hartman was saying how any treaty in essence becomes part of the Constitution as far as its specific provisions. That way the Geneva conventions on torture are part of our constitution, and also the Trans Pacific Partnership, will become part of our United States constitution, as far as the binding power of its provisions are concerns. I take exception to the notion that this Omnibus bill could not be filibustered. The US Senate has a three fifths cloture rule (and in Roberts Rules of Order it’s a two thirds vote to cut off debate) but I know of no clauses or exception to this debate cloture rule that says it can be waived on certain specific occasions such as any bill involving funding, which would be a huge number of bills. (Selah) But now we are hearing that the Trans Pacific Trade deal will be "fast tracked" meaning that lengthly comittee hearings would not be held but the bill would be ushered through - - like someone with a special pass to a rock concert who didn't have to go through all of the crowds. In what or who's name would this "fast tracking" be done? Are we THAT eager to forfeit ALL of our ecological laws, and minimum wage laws and worker's rights laws and told we could be sued for "restraint of trade" or worse yet "restraint of profits" and that regulation have the same Force of constitutional law as the right to trial by jury or a defendant's Meranda rights?
I haven't seem the movie "The Theory of Everything". But allow me to anticipate questions you readers may have about certain things. I have come to the conclusion that Time cannot be reversed, - - speeded up - - or slowed down. You can prove this to yourself fairly easily. You've played tapes the wrong speed where for example a clarinet now sounds like a bass clarinet. But the trouble is that physically- - frequencies of a lower frequency an octave lower- - are also produced by longer wave lengths. In other words - - all the sounds you hear on tape would be from a proportionately larger instrument. Therefore since physically you see larger EM waves- - it's impossible to just "slow time down". Big waves posess more energy than smaller waves. In fact we tried to indicate that the laws of physics and mass and colision as well as things like inertia- - - are laws that are in force whether a human is there to observe them or not. But also in the psychic realm where everything physical you see by way of illustration is more metaphorical than actual (such as a psychic football field) you see this whole thing of "psychic down shifting" which of course is "exchanging speed for torque". In other words it's getting more POWER out of the karma you DO have RIGHT NOW without having to gain (engine size representing developed karma) and somehow "earn" that extra power. In short it's kind of like borrowing against the equity in your house. Physically - - big things have different properties than little things to begin with. A grasshoper may leap ten times it's size, but if an elephant tried that he'd break every bone in his body. In short- - even things like line spectra of gasses- - - all tie in Time and Space together as a part of one physical reality. Humans are not the best judge of time lengths anyhow. Because of the mood of the individual he may experiance time as speeding up or dragging on endlessly. A child at play may not notice that hours have gone by in his bliss. But take that same child and have him wait outside- - in the rain - - waiting to be picked up by a parent from somewhere, and suddenly now ten or fifteen minutes seems like an eternity. We have spoken of what I call the "Tulip" principle of karmic development. This is where- - upward movement, or the end of the tulip- - represents forward time progress. It could be said that exestentially a very young child does not appreciate Time. He does not mentally organize his life into events coming after one another, and still less the notion of one event leading to or causing another event. So that exestentially we could say that a very young child does not live in a world of time. Hopefully the parent may find this a blessing if he did something which hurt the child either physically or emotionally - - maybe a doctor's visit- - and now the child doesn't remember it. Hence one would think (as we used to) that there was a practical limit as to how young a child can be in order to start a formal education. That upward line we call the "tulip" formation is hence "the learning curve" where we begin retaining past experiances.
But I would also like to tackle one other question you readers of my postings may well have. It goes "You say that there is this psychic force that can intervene and "alter the course of events". OK. We have to define the concept of "altering time" because you're right. This assumes two things. It assumes the future already exists, and also that we know what that future is- - and either do something to alter it- - or some unforseen "psychic triggering event" comes along to alter the course of events. Many times - - the prospect of something happening we wanted to happen- - was DOOMED way before we thought it was- - like a democratic victory in the 2014 elections. We ignored the signs. We could chalk up the loss to a last minute surge of funds after October 15th that was some cut off reporting day. But the signs were there of the disaster that was to befall us way before that. We can say "I lost that job because of one thing" when in reality there were other factors we didn't even want to admit (and I'm talking about myself here) that we shoved aside- - and fixated on just One Thing that maybe went wrong. You may have another question about Feng Chue itself. You say "I thought that was the Chinese art of furniture placement in a home to properly distribute the "Chi" energy force- - or whatever". You're right, of course. Then you ask "If this is so- - how could the other end of a Feng Chue "string" as you refer to them- - be in some other Universe which can't be proved in the least by our best scientists. Again you're right. I DID say that "There is no way to prove the existence of either parrellel universes, parrellel space, or parrellell objects IN that space. You may therefore go on to conclude that "Then obviously a string on a musical instrument needs to SOLID BASES to vibrate from- - if one of those bases is in another Universe- - the string can't vibrate at all". OK the best analogy I can come up with here is the old Star Trek worm hole. You know where ONE end of the worm hole is- - and you HOPE the OTHER end of a worm hole is somewhere you want to go. But you ALSO know that when you're IN the worm hole, you aren't in ordenary space. You can call it either hyper space or unformatted space or pick your own name. It isn't actual space that is being traversed. So keep in mind- - that here the "string" or "trip wire" itself- - has a Locus in the here and now, a time and a place the wire is tripped. But remember we said that "Like relates to like". This goes back to one of Gene Scott's professors telling him 'It's easier to describe wave interracting with Wave - - rather than wave's relation to "water". Do you see that? In this case the whole "wave" or "string" - - RELATES with our own psyche or soul. The EVENT is like a computer program. Programs are not material things so much as they are "triggering machanisms" that cause things in the hardware (material guts of the computer) or physical world to happen. Now I know you have another question that goes something like this. "You said once that the existance of the unprovable is NOT dependent on our Believing in its existance. But then lately you (meaning Me) said "It's possible that these psychic EVENTS - - - NEED us to exist and might not exist without us". I can easily reconsile this. If your doctor tells you when you go in complaining of indigestion "Did you know you have paracites in your digestive tract?" You will say "NO, I didn't. You didn't KNOW you had them but they were STILL THERE whether you KNEW they were there before or not. But at the same time the paracites by their definition - - are dependant on a Host Organism. That should clarify it for you. You know- - - people debunking Astrology have always stated that "The stars do not fall into the four primal forces- - therefore Astrology can't be true". Because some bright genious said that there were only four basic "Forces' like the Greeks believed there were only four basic elements of Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. We consider this nonesence today. I regard these four primal energy sources of Gravity, the Strong force, the Weak force, and Electro-magnitism - - as also pretty limiting in it's world view. Someone would say a fifth force just like "Quintessence" is needed. I would remind you that it's my belief that what we view as ZERO MASS is an illusion. Your bathroom scale still reads Zero even if fifteen pounds per square inch is constantly pressing in on it. (Selah) There are logically things "On the other side of Zero" which are real - - - and that are CAUSES of things we see in our world as EFFECTS. I guess the secret - - the big trick everyone would like to learn from his Guru is this, "How can we CONCIOUSLY live in the World of Cause- - rather than always being reactive in the World of Effects? The answer to that riddle deserves a Nobel Prize! It can be argued that EFFECTS need CAUSES and that CAUSES always have effects. So you need both things on their own side of the balance ledger. That's my view. Feel free to modify it and improve it- - if you think you can.
